Bloomington Indiana’s Aviary Ghost has got all kinds of great things going for them. For starters, they have a true grasp of song writing that is not often found in modern bands. Their album “Memory is a Hallway” enjoys a lush orchestration that keeps you coming back for more. Singer Charlie Crimando is in possession of a wonderful soulful folky voice that draws you in, and overall I’m surprised they’re not a household name by now. OK, my musical taste is not right up there with the Britneys of the world, but I hope that once you hit play you’ll feel the same as me.
