The New Faint Video -The Geeks Were Right

It’s been a few years since we’ve gotten some new material from The Faint. The Oklahoma band is back with a new video entitled “The Geeks Were Right”, and it’s a jam. Fasciinatiion came out August 5th, and this is the first single. What’s new is they are no longer on Saddle Creek and it’s all done through their own, newly-formed label, blank.wav. The same pseudo-kinky lyrics still abound, the fat analog bass sounds still slither their way to your eardrums, and the guitar still cuts through the mix like a shark through the new wave looking for a surfer. it’s a great video, but the faint is not from Oklahoma, they’re from Omaha, Nebraska.
