Christopher Guest is best known for his brilliant writing on the greatest mockumentary of all time, “This Is Spinal Tap”. He has also directed many hilarious films such as “Mighty Wind”, a behind-the-scene look on a famous folk band, and “Best in Show”, an interesting take on the dog show scene. This year he delivers again with his new film - “For Your Consideration”.
On “For Your Consideration”, Guest turns the camera on Hollywood. The film follows the making of an independent movie and its cast who becomes victims of the award shows buzz. Eugene Levy (the American Pie dad) sits shotgun as co-writer like always, and the cast…well it’s all of Christopher’s gang again.
