The Sarah Silverman Program

By: Charbarred | in: TV |

I’ve seen some clips from the new Comedy Central show “The Sarah Silverman Program” and it’s looking really good so far.
It’s always hard to describe sitcoms because they usually don’t have a straight Jack-Bauer-is-going-to-hunt-down-the-terrorists-and-save-the-world plot. From what I understand it’s a musical comedy that revolves around Sarah’s life. Supporting her are her real life sister Laura (played by her real life sister, Laura) and her two gay neighbors played by Steve Agee and Brian Posehn. Looks really promising. The show promises to feature full frontal Jewdity!

It’s starts today, Thursday 1st of February, at 10:30 pm on Comedy Central.

Many more clips and info can be found here.

I’m wondering, as the sister is played by a real-life sister, are the gay men played by real-life gay men?

I watched Sarah Silverman’s show last night and thought it was was phenomenal. OK, there were a lot of ka-ka jokes. But the humor was fresh, new, twisted. The writing was really fabulous.

Yeah the ka-ka jokes kinda keep it from being absolutely brilliant, but still a fun show to watch.

Cop: Do you know why I’m standing here?
Sarah: Because you got all C’s in high school?
